The staff was helpful, the rooms were well-equipped, and the location was particularly good, right next to some amazing attractions.

Super central location, excellent stay!

Cosy and neat room with an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and central heating. The staff - HIGHLY COURTEOUS and welcoming. Location next to the historical centre of the city, the castle and the touristic street and the old town center, the Eger Castle, and the Main Square.

The location was beautiful and wonderful, just off the centre as well as all sightseeing attractions. It also was near the main square😃

The room had everything I needed, including a private bathroom - super convenient! Plus, it was in a great spot right in the middle of everything. the staff were awesome, always smiling and so kind. 😊

This place has a stunning and lovely location, just a 10-15 minute walk away from the archbishop's garden, and we booked a new-fashioned and tidy room with city views.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were nice, modern and comfortable, and they were very clean.

The thin walls, which meant we could hear everything from the neighboring room. However, this didn't detract too much from our overall experience at this hotel.

The location of Villa Florencia was perfect, right under the castle. The room was comfortable and clean with great amenities. I was impressed by the fast wifi and the efficient air conditioning. The hostess, Alicia, was friendly and made us feel welcome. the inner stone garden was a peaceful place to relax or work.

The lobby/lounge area could be improved, but it didn't affect our overall experience.

The breakfast was disappointing. It was served in a different location, and the food options were limited, with poor coffee and messy dining rooms adding to the letdown.

The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always available to help with anything that I needed. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities I required for my stay. the hotel facilities were great and exceeded my expectations.
